Face
Block Pattern by Christine Thresh These Face Blocks are from the We the People quilt, completed September 6, 2002. The quilt was on display at the Pacific International Quilt Festival XI. It represents the diversity of America with faces such as: Cotton Boll Face, Irish Face, Music Face, Rescue Face, Indian Corn Face, Flag-waving Face, and even a Quilter Face. These perky Face Blocks can be used for many quilt projects. They can be embellished with hair, earrings, glasses, a mustache, or a beauty mark. It's up to you. A finished Face Block is 5-1/2-inches by 8-1/2-inches. The pattern has both paper piecing foundations and templates. There are instructions for making your own We the People quilt.
